      Solid compensation, PTO, and benefits like GRSP matching Very warm, welcoming, and value-driven coworkers Legitimately fun & engaging office atmosphere + perks Flexible work hours and healthy respect for work-life balance Collaborative performance management, transparent bonus policy Strongly encouraged (and compensated) to pursue professional development opportunities, new roles within the company

      Cons

      Not strictly a con, but because everyone is given a lot of autonomy, being intrinsically motivated to work and grow is a must.
