      Pros

      Great job of matching individuals with work that is challenging and they are interested in. Regular discussions about your career paths and a plan is mapped out with each employee. Really fun social events. Company does a good job of recognizing individuals for their hard work.

      Cons

      This is not a downside in my experience however there is a fast paced growth environment at Venterra therefore you need to jump on-board with that mindset.

      Friendly and supportive colleagues. Nimble and tech-driven business. Innovative ideas are appreciated. Great social committee.

      Cons

      Entry level compensation was not the most competitive though benefits are good.

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t find your compensation level to be competitive. We go to great lengths to ensure that our overall compensation package is competitive, but there can definitely be times when what we offer is different from what an individual would prefer. When that occurs, we strongly encourage our staff to speak with their supervisors to have a candid conversation about compensation, its competitiveness with the marketplace, and how it can be potentially increased.
