Pros

- Venterra prioritizes employees. - Amazing Culture! - Employees are treated like family and everyone in the organization is extremely helpful and friendly. - Opportunities for upward mobility are endless. - Upper management has an open line of communication. - Venterra is always looking to improve systems.

Cons

- Compensation and commissions are lower relative to competition. - Encasa lacks useful reports compared to Yardi or Onesite. - Monthly collection process too lax. - Still required to work weekends as an Assistant Manager (BLM) - CRM could be revised to be more user-friendly. Knock CRM would be an amazing alternative.

Pros

Company is going through massive change in people and process but it is all for the better. The company culture encourages people to make positive change in the business to improve process and customer experience.

Cons

The rate of change can sometimes be overwhelming leading to a lot of confusion in individual's job responsibilities. You have a lot of people doing things that they should be doing as part of their job. I do have faith that this will get significantly better over the coming months and years.

The company make sure to do a lot for the people who work for them. Appreciation party’s, paid birthdays, and fun events.

Cons

Property stay pretty busy with tenants.
