      My experience working with Venterra has been exceptional, it gives you opportunities for growth in the work and family area, it is an extraordinary company that is always concerned about its employees and growth, it is a Company that bears fruit and blessed by God, May God continue to bless this Company and always take it to the next level, I love it.

      Great Place to Work!

      Pros

      Long-term oriented management strategy, inclusive atmosphere, slow/steady increase in geographic footprint, internal growth opportunities abound.

      Cons

      Home office is in Canada but company operations are HQ in Texas (can seem a little disconnected at times). However the company does do a good job encouraging senior members to travel back and forth to see each other in person several times per year.
