Pros
This company was everything I wanted when I first started but unfortunately in their bid to “keep up with multifamily” they have absolutely stretched their on-site staff thin in ways that other companies are not. The PTO is still good but it’s hard to take it when there is no staff to cover you being out for a week.
Cons
This company is constantly trying to “keep up” but are pushing far too many changes, cutting on-site staff to a skeleton crew and then giving us more responsibility. It is simply impossible to keep up with the workload they have given us. They are constantly getting rid of the people that actually care about the on site staff and it has been disheartening to see a company that gave us so much turn into this. Also, the commission and renewal bonus package is not that good to be dealing with so much everyday - it does not match what other companies are giving.
