The feedback regarding compensation is also helpful to us. It’s important that pay matches a team member’s qualifications and skills. While we utilize industry benchmarking reports to make frequent adjustments to these offerings, there are certainly times when a team member’s expectations might not be aligned with their current compensation. If you feel like this is the case for you, I’d encourage you to have a conversation with your Community Manager as soon as time allows.
