      Best company I have ever worked for!

      Pros

      I joined Venterra this year and this has been the best experience of my work life. This company is like a breath of fresh air in this industry. They welcomed me with open arms. The entire team has been so supportive in making sure we succeed in our role. Upper management are all rockstar and corporate is always available to help. They take care of their employees, give back to their residents, and give back to the community.

      Cons

      There are no cons. I truly love it here.

      Amazing company to work for

      Pros

      Working with Venterra has been a new experience for me, as I have never worked for a company that cares for their employees. The company and team put so much effort into making the employees feel welcomed, appreciated and understood. When I first got into the industry I promised myself that one day I would work for Venterra and here I am. No other company cares like Venterra.

      Cons

      I can honestly say I nothing negative to say.
