      Pros

      Love the changes that come with Venterra. They are continuously trying to improve resident experiences while bringing the company up to date with the future. There is a sense of community within this company and I am proud to be apart it!

      Cons

      Venterra could use a better pay grade structure. A long with the changes the company is making they could have better communication. Sometimes there are too many hands in the pot which makes some projects forgotten or take longer to fulfill than is necessary.

      The best team and company I could ever ask for!

      Pros

      Working under Venterra's management has been a new experience to me, as I have never worked in this industry prior. My team and the management here have made the experience and process SO easy for me! I have been with the team for a year as of today and it has been the best decision I could have ever made. The company and team put so much effort into making the employees feel welcomed, appreciated and understood. There are opportunities for input on innovative ideas and plenty of opportunity and room for growth within the company as well as personally with the learning incentives offered too!

      Cons

      After being here for a year, I truly could not even come up with a "con" to being a Venterra employee, even if I tried.

      It truly is the BEST PLACE TO WORK!

      Pros

      I have been working at Venterra for over 4 yrs. Honestly, this is the BEST company I have ever worked for. With the "Better Living" and "Long Life Learning" Challenges. You can see they care about not only your professional growth but also your personal growth. Not to mention, I have never heard of a company giving "Volunteer hours" to their employees to give back to the community.

      Cons

      The only con for right now is the number of communities in the Orlando area. Venterra is still growing but if you are looking to move up in the company. You have to be open to travel.
