Pros

The interest in technology growth through out the company.

Cons

Very cliquey. Management does not handle issues according to fair housing and sometimes not professional. Management does not pay attention until things become out of control.

Pros

Everyone is nice and it is a good company culture.

Cons

My experience I think had more to do with my manager. When my annual review came up he had stuff he had held against me from almost a year prior and never mentioned and was not job related. If someone in the office had an issue with something I had said or done in passing it was brought up during the review not when it occurred which I thought was strange. I also felt like I was set up to fail in some of my job duties. Both my boss and his boss had failed at something so the task was given to me and when others involved had anger over the changes it was deemed to be my fault.
