During the last couple of years, we experienced change and uncertainty in everything around us. I am proud and honored to work for an organization that sees and rewards us for our efforts, understanding times have not been easy through the pandemic and inflation. Today we received a video in our email from Andrew Stewart and John Foresi, thanking us and offering every team member a $2500 bonus or 5% of their annual salary. My team embraced, laughed, and cried. Best place to work ever, hands down! I have goosebumps as I write this now. I am so thankful and proud to work for Venterra Realty!

The importance of employees needs.

Venterra is one of the best places to work because it accommodates in every way and not just being an employee.

Cons

I feel that the salary can be more when it comes to the porter position. Honestly, porters have a lot of job titles under them when working at the properties.

Pros

Love the changes that come with Venterra. They are continuously trying to improve resident experiences while bringing the company up to date with the future. There is a sense of community within this company and I am proud to be apart it!

Cons

Venterra could use a better pay grade structure. A long with the changes the company is making they could have better communication. Sometimes there are too many hands in the pot which makes some projects forgotten or take longer to fulfill than is necessary.
