      Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my role and take on projects that challenged me and helped me develop new skills. The culture is collaborative, respectful, and transparent. It’s a place where your work is appreciated, and your efforts make a real difference. I also appreciate the company's focus on work-life balance, flexibility, and ongoing improvement. We’ve come a long way in terms of tools, processes, and communication, and it’s rewarding to be part of that evolution.

      Cons

      With growth comes change, and that sometimes brings growing pains—like adjusting to new systems or scaling team dynamics. But these changes have always been approached thoughtfully, and leadership listens and adapts when needed.

      Pros

      You'll learn how to do the the jobs of 3 people on your own, which is great for building resilience. You'll become an expert in creative problem-solving because no one above will help you. The residents (bless their hearts) are the only ones who keep things interesting and grounded.

      Cons

      Management by avoidance. Leaders regularly lock themselves in their office to dodge resident concerns. We were encouraged to lie to residents to keep things "calm." Transparency is a luxury, not a value. "Team First" is a joke. It's really "Team Profit First." As long as the numbers look good, management doesn't care how burned out the team is. Core Values = Marketing fluff. "Honesty and Integrity?" I was told to lie. "Candor and Openness?" More like secrets and silos.
