Decent Benefits, retirement benefits, great coworkers. OK vacation benefits, offers supplemental life insurance through a third party, baseline 401k plan,
Cons
Customer driven schedule, nothing ever set in stone, management heavy with personal agendas..every move is micromanaged, quality standards are pushed aside by management to boost production numbers. Work/ life balance is non existent. Overtime is shot down even when it is critical to meeting deadlines and goals. Expect same amount of production with out proper staffing.
