The pay they offer is higher compare to other in the industry.

Cons

It's a toxic job in a toxic workplace. Working here doesn't give you the chance to breathe except for the short breaks. There's too many issues, the calls, the managers, and employee claims and benefits.

I didn't think of having a long-term career here as there was no future. There's a little career advancement, and people are leaving this company like anything. Don't be lured by the salary they offer. It's no worth it
