Management is not really all that supportive. I was always critiqued on my work but weeks where i would have a good week or perform well I never recieved a good job or anything of the sort. However when i addressed it to my "CEO" he said it was the first week of the month and seniors were just paid that is why my numbers were good. Instead of finding an excuse for why i performed why not actually congratulate me and make me atleast feel like you care about me being there and my success. Furthermore I was told different things from management as far as the process. As a seasoned sales professional i have been in many environments this was an interesting experience because i would think being at a smaller company there is more of a personal touch. In reality the only advantage was them being able to crack the whip alittle easier. Also they had organizational issues as there was no sales supervisor so if you needed help sure it was there but you had to go find it instead of it being readily available. Which makes no sense as smaller company you would think it would be easier to find help.

You’re told in the interview that you are eligible to work from home after 45-60 days. When that time comes and you ask to work from home you’re told “no. We need you here.” Management was overheard stating “they’re not people to me. They’re just a number.” And you’re treated like it. You get yelled at if you take too many calls and you get yelled at if you don’t make enough. When a customer states they need to speak with their son/daughter you’re supposed to say “There are two types of children. One that wants the best for their parents and the other just wants to protect their inheritance.” Why on earth would you say that to an elderly person. You’re supposed to push for the sale and try to take advantage of the elderly people of the country.
