Excellent training program! You're nervous when you start but are put at ease right away because of all that you are taught in training.

Pros

I have no complaints about any of the bosses or the people I work with. They're very flexible in terms of any life issues that come up. Most of the customers are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The pay is well below industry standards. There's not a heck of a lot of room for upward mobility, and even with the room that's there the pay bump does not match the increased responsibility. It's a nice place to work short term, but just about everyone ends up eyeing the door in a relatively short time. The paid time off is nice (for an American company anyway), but the way it is distributed over the course of the year makes it very difficult to make use of it in any significant way.
