Warning about Venture Logistics. They have no maintenance shop to work on there own equipment. They outsource there maintenance to a company named Dickinson. "It take a driver over 2 hours just to get a wiper blade. because you have to call it in as a brake down" They gave me truck 50530 it was supper dirty inside. I cleaned out myself. On the day I got the Truck I asked Dickinson fix my emergency flashers and I told them the whole light panel did not work. all they did was replace the emergency flasher switch. It fixed the emergency flashers for a week. I asked them to fix it again. They told me the truck would have to go to the Dealer to get repaired. Then on Dec 2, 2020 I went on leave. I asked my DM and Dickinson fix the problem with the truck when I was on leave. When I came back from leave the problem was not fixed. Also on the First leave I asked Dickinson to Replace 2 bad tire. All Dickinson did was right up a work order saying the tires are bad When 1 of the Tires turned into a slick , then they decided to replaced them. Then I went o leave again on Nov 30, 2020 Same thing I asked DM and Dickinson fix the problem. Still not fixed. Then comes The trucks annual they decided they have to send the truck to the Dealer to get it repaired . The Dealer tells them they will not cover it under warranty. Now Venture Logistics is trying to tell me it was my fault . Note If Venture Logistics would have fixed the truck when I first wrote it up, It would have been covered under warranty. "Dickinson claims Venture Logistics has to Authorize all repairs" Now they are trying to get me to believe it was my fault
