Orientation was 4 days and they paid for all lunches ! Lots of hype!

Cons

As a local driver hauling Subaru parts there is LOTS of down time that you are NOT paid for! You are paid by the load. 1st 75 2nd100 3rd125 If working nights TOA will shut down before you can do the third! You will spend 10 hrs on two loads which is 17.50 per hour! IF you can get the third load it will be about 23 per hour before taxes!But you will put in 14 hours! RUN!
