Venture values their drivers and employees!! You are not just a number, you are a crucial part of the team. Leadership has an open door policy and you can walk in or call them when needed. They respond and look out for all employees. Venture always try to do what's right for everyone. If there is an issue, there is a team who will work with you to overcome it timely. At the end of the day, we are family with one common goal.

Cons

We aren't perfect, but we sure strive to be the best. We are always looking for ways to keep improving.

Home with family every night, 64+ mph governor on most trucks

Cons

Poor communication, disrespectful management who doesn't care about employees, poorly maintenanced Trucks, no money/miles. Can't get over 400 miles a day. when requesting a new dm because my current dm was disrespectful and doesn't do his job I was told by driver relations to suck it up and deal with it. Poor training, they teach you how to pass the state exam not how to be a safe /legal driver. No opportunity for growth
