Pros

Employee benefits: full pay for short term disability, two weeks of paternity pay, sick time and vacation. Awesome location!

Cons

The company is obsessed with hitting numbers—until you actually do. Then suddenly the bonus structure gets “reevaluated,” or a new excuse pops up to take it away. Somehow, the same group always manages to get their bonuses, while the rest of the floor is left with nothing. It feels rigged, demoralizing, and completely inconsistent. There are people in leadership who are walking HR violations—constantly using inappropriate language, making crude jokes, and casually sharing private employee information like it’s small talk. Everyone sees it. Everyone hears it. And yet, nothing is done. This creates a culture of fear, gossip, and zero trust. There are no boundaries, no sense of professionalism, and definitely no respect. Worst part? The behavior is fully visible, and the people in charge just let it happen. Religious comments are regularly dropped in conversations, which feels uncomfortable and alienating in a workplace. Add in a leadership style that changes depending on who’s watching, and it’s impossible to tell what’s real or who you can actually trust. There’s a lot of posturing—people walking around like they’re running a billion-dollar company, when in reality, they’re micromanaging the smallest tasks and acting out of pure insecurity. If you enjoy being constantly second-guessed, this is your place. Then came the layoffs. Leadership claimed it was a cost-saving move, but it looked more like an excuse to protect their own bloated paychecks. Cutting people while taking home oversized salaries sends a very clear message about what—and who—really matters. Thinking about working here? Don’t. You deserve better than this kind of dysfunction.
