Private business, so the owners knew who I was by name. Company tried to offer state of the art facilities. Attire is comfortable. Bad benefits

Cons

Poor leadership. Buddy system (if you’re friends with management and C suite, you will be in the group) . Low pay. Blames sales team for loss of customers, but doesn’t do anything to focus on customer service which is the obvious problem. Poor pricing structure & overall organization. VERY weak training system.
