Pros
They prefer to hire fresh graduate and this is a good company to start your career. Its working environment is super clean and every employee are trying their best even without any supervision from top management.
Cons
The pay is so low and its raise also has low increment. One Venture culture isn't implement wholly by its employee so that sometimes newcomer didn't stay too long in this company.
