      Pros

      Stable company with good management team. Employees are extremely self motivated. Opportunities exist for employees who wants to perform well. Fair remuneration scale.

      Cons

      Personal interest of some senior management interferes with their work and objectivity. Management style is too top down at times. Should try to be more inclusive with employees and listen to their inputs and provide more feedback loop.

      Costumers are great, product you are selling sells good, company car, a lot of freedom.

      Management is terrible, no communication and promised bonuses but never receive them.

      Some good people you end up working with.

      Cons

      Bad management who arent willing to help. All they care is $$$. Bad working environment. No good morale. No training, no set procedures to follow by, no employee handbook, consistant shutdown (use PTO to cover for shutdown, if no PTO you'll go negative) No work life balance. You'll work yourself to death, but they dont care. Overall, the worst place to work ever.
