Pros
Routine work. You stick to the line you're assigned to most of the time eventually. Very systematic. You don't need to interact a lot with others
Cons
Some full-timers there can be disagreeable, unwilling to teach you. Seniors tend to talk behind the back of part timers. You don't get a lot of training before, you learn as you work. You have to pick up the skills in a short while and are expected to work on your own. Some days can be more stressful because of working with people with different goals which makes pressures to do more than usual, or that there are limited resources around you. Pay is low
