      Low salary, no management, no respect among team, no team work, no one listen to lower level, heavy pushing on revenue without giving buffer time for pre and post NPI preparation, poor planning of programs team, poor communication with customers, unbalanced workload, poor environment, poor culture, finger pointing, low budget but request for world class quality, etc.
