      Pros

      I have a very good boss. Actually not all the boss expert in their role, but i was lucky, my boss very expert in purchasinc, SCM. Guide me well. I just work there for two years, but when i go to another company, my 2years experience is much more better than 5-7years people. Thanks to the good boss.

      Cons

      Very low basic salary. Racist. Indian get promoted and increment if their not perform.

      Pros

      Venture has a lot of manufacturing plant probably more than 10 building. The environment of each manufacturing plant is different from each other. So far the place where I work is quite relaxing with pretty fun colleagues. But other buildings have different stories tho.

      Cons

      The job is pretty boring with a lot of tedious documentation works that will consume most of your time. The unnecessary detail that you have to pay attention to will need a lot of patient as an engineer. The pay is not much but good enough for a single unmarried person like me.
