      Pros

      Good Benefit especially if you joint 2023 onward. Experience working in MNC company with professional's.

      Cons

      No salary standardization .Yearly increament so low no matter how good your work is. Most of the manager did not raise the salary issue. Ready for heavy workload and process. However its depend on what project you handle.

      Overtime is flexible and no forcing. Can't work more than 60 hours. Have 3 break time. Have transport from jb to company. Have bonus /AWS

      Cons

      Expect to work more, sometimes need to work under pressure. Not systematic and always give work last minute.

      Pros

      Working with a small group of team and was working remotely from home. Director and supervisor is helpful and colleagues are cool.

      Cons

      Small team means you have to be on your own most of the time as well, if you willing to take on the challenge, the learning rewards is great though.
