      1. Can support and learn from several project under my management 2. Weekly 4 days working and 3 days Overtime paid accordingly 3. New projects for every year so every new product & projects we work very sportively 4. based on our effort, Management will upgrade our designation with increment (I started here as Electronic Technician -> Technical Specialist -> Senior Technical Specialist and now i am Principal Technical Specialist)

      1. Due to am a foreigner, quite difficult to get promotion and increment 2. Every few years Management will relocate to another block and another project so every new management we have to prove our skill and capability to fulfill their needs. so that we have considered for any promotions 3. Due to am a foreigner, can't able to work in this country more that 10 years due to country foreign labor law.
