      Pros

      You get a high degree of flexibility when implementing R&D projects. The management is not interested to know how you do it as long you get it done and no fault found.

      Cons

      The schedule is too tight most of the time. Good for people that like a challenge. The business is dependent on management obtaining projects. Not very stable business, ppl have been asked to leave due to no business. Too cost sensitive.

      old culture, do not move with the world. everything is stuck behind. very high turnover rate.
