Good annual bonus Good foodcourt nearby Bus stop nearby MRT station (YCK or AMK) is few bus stops away.

Cons

Overwork, poor communication between management and worker, No sense of work ownership. Poor monthly salary. On rented JTC commercial building, don't expect posh facilities and rest room.

stable place to work, no layoffs, no long hours, allows flexibility at work. All the above depends on the manager whom you report to.

Cons

very conservative asian company with couple of main decision makers who are micro managers, with no respect for lower level employees
