Pros

Fast-paced training will get you ready for the industry quickly

Cons

The hours are very long for sales reps. Also, when you leave the company, they don't pay out on commissions because you are technically a w-2 employee. Commissions can take up to 6 months to be paid, so if you leave after a full year, you may only be getting half of the commissions you are promised.
