Pros

Newly renovated office close to public transport, an excellent lunch program with delicious and varied food and an option to take leftovers home to save time and money on cooking dinner. Great work-life balance for a startup, fun and driven culture. Free Danish education classes for foreigners during your paid work hours. Very international community with many languages spoken and cultures represented.

Cons

Limited collaboration and interaction across teams unless you're a senior manager. You have to be proactive to get to know other people in the company outside of your immediate team.

Friendly atmosphere, indoor football field in the cantina area

Management sets no real goals, you're expected to just be "self-driven", even with no real objectives.
