Pros

Great office, young vibe, good social culture and good pay. Also, lots of opportunities for creating lots of impact.

Cons

For such a young company, some departments are quite siloed as opposed to what I would have thought. I some instances I feel there is a bunch of smaller 'kingdoms' more so than one company.

Pros

Every thing, the best company i worked for in my career. Culture is great and every body treats each other with respect. The company is growing fast so there is room to grow your own career and learn on the ride.

Cons

Things moves fast as it's a scale-up company, so if you can handle a fast growing company than it's not a place to work
