Unhealthy environment

Pros

Interesting work, good product that makes a difference, competent coworkers, good work/life balance.

Cons

Some political views on human rights and social justice were tolerated. The DEI committee did not have any real influence, and the initiative felt insincere. The management structure was difficult to navigate and amongst employees sometimes jokingly referred to as "fractal".
