Management sets no real goals, you're expected to just be "self-driven", even with no real objectives.

Pros

Amazing team. Great Office. Benefits as lunch, snacks, Friday bars and team dinner where.

Cons

Lack in diversity. Some nepotism in the management team making it very difficult to advance in the role. They are always open for people to voice their opinion, but will rarely actually take the advice and change anything. Salary under average compared to the marked.
