      Got to learn about this vital and underrated industry.

      There are only a couple of large players in the hazardous waste industry. This leads to an entrenched culture where customers have few choices and companies feel entitled to business.

      Some excellent people work there; highly talented district energy and thermal plant design experience. The core strength of the company is in large-scale district energy projects

      Cons

      Lack of consistency in targeting market and sustaining a pursuit strategy. Executive leadership does not have the vision or expertise to execute the business strategy for organic growth; "Chalkboard" approach to activity - keep wiping the slate clean and hope you eventually come up with a good idea.
