      Great people, 'salt of the earth', hard working. Fantastic CEO. Weak, but improving infrastructure (HRIS, Intranet)

      It was ok, but not a place I would consider working again.

      Pros

      The office environment was relaxed. Direct supervisors were understanding of away from work situations such as doctor visits, that would require time off. Allowed you to work with little supervision.

      Cons

      There was little to no communication between the different levels of employment. Different departments within the company are subject to different sets of rules.
