My former boss regularly harassed me and some of her peers did as well. There is little accountability and I held on just long enough until I found a better job. Good pay is important, but poor company culture is what makes a good job on paper a really terrible job and not worth staying. It may be hard to tell what some managers are really like during an interview, but to me the culture was generally abrasive and combative after the first couple of weeks.
