      Pros

      The 401K plan, however, pay is static.

      Cons

      Very poor maintenance; to the point I believe this location is on the chopping block. Safety - poor People in leadership positions that are not capable or prepared for the responsibility; but make good yes men.

      Some of the people are good

      Cons

      Too mush favoritism, a lot of politics and corruption. Does not promote the good people they do have, that deserve it. Pay is not great, and raises are never given out.

      Good pay and benefits, bonus payout every year.

      Cons

      Very political, no real growth unless you were in the "in" crowd. I made numerous requests to get more involved due to my knowledge of the operations we had (I was there 7 years), which led to.......nothing. I did generate a massive amount of revenue/cost savings from an Accounting role which covered my personal payroll costs to the company (over $1m) and still no kudos from Senior Management. I don't miss it one bit......
