      You get 4 weeks of sick time. Laid back environment

      Cons

      There is no chance for advancing, it is a dead end job. They definitely discriminate against women. Management is all male. Force you to use a week of vacation at Christmas time.

      Woman beware there are some very bad characters! Organization needs a major overhaul of upper Management. Very poor hiring practices, lack of concern for safety, chaos due to unqualified staff. Profit is the only goal, not sustainable.
