      Pros

      Veolia continues to grow and diversify over time and truly has a focused mission on delivering solutions that are environmentally conscious. All of the departments I have worked with are friendly and driven. There is a clear company wide vision.

      Cons

      Lack of vision for an overall direction in both technologies and backend functions for the individual business units. More management then skilled resources and feels less balance then it should be.
