Cons
- terrible onboarding process, lack of training, or formal company overview of what the business does, why its important and what your role will bring to the table and how it will interact with other parts of the business. - no buddy system for new hires, you are flying solo from the get go - lack of culture and engagement with employees, very much a heads down work, work, work environment - projects collide and cross over each other with lack of strategy and prioritization.
