*Work pants can be cheap and ugly *Manager does not put themselves in rotation to work weekends *No holidays off.

Pros

When I first started it wasn't bad at all, enjoyed coming into work. Enjoyed my coworkers. Then management changed and it all went down hill within a year's time.

Cons

The GM has his friends as supervisor's for each department. You can't even follow your proper chain of command. They pile work on top of you, and they expect you to do many job titles without any compensation or recognition. The management has absolutely no clue how to manage a team. Six people have quit just this year alone.

Tons of overtime and you see something new every day.

Cons

Overworked, concerns are not addressed, management above the local offices are not involved and do not care. Environmental Specialists are the backbone of ESS and they need to be treated like it. It is no wonder the turn over rate is so bad.
