Pros

Job flexibility, coworkers are generally a great group of people, some room for advancement, benefits are very good.

Cons

hours can be long, hourly wages can be on the low side, Corporate seems to cut from employees first before looking at their own expenses.

Pros

There are not many pros I can think of. Several highly skilled employees. Although they seem to be on there way out due to retirements.

Cons

Location, location, location. There could not be many places in the city that are more difficult to get to. If you like to sit in traffic for the majority of your commute it could be tolerable. If you enjoy breathing carbon monoxide all day this could be the place for you. You really have to look twice at a place that runs help wanted add for such a long time.

Dysfunctional HR Department - Organization Lacks Trust

Pros

It used to be great, but now they’ve basically replaced the American executive team with French imports.

Cons

HR is simply broken. When you interview a candidate for employment and THEY tell you how bad the recruitment process is, that’s a terrible reflection on the company. With all the delays in hiring due to outdated processes and bureaucracy, candidates move on and you lose a potentially great employee. With all the problems, the new HR VP decided to focus on flexible PTO - the only purpose of that is to save the company money on the bottom line by not paying out accrued leave time. Any time taken off is HEAVILY micromanaged, so while it looks like a recruitment benefit, sadly that is not the truth.
