Pros

Very honest management. Have the honest intentions while expanding business. People are not money minded. They apply for H1B without any hesitations. Have good team for marketing . Marketing people work with you to get best out of the market.

Excellent Training, Mockups and Marketing

Pros

Training is really good (Trainer himself is very dedicated and hard working). Mockups are 2 to 3 times a week and done by the Vice President of the Company (She is the heart of the company. The marketing team, candidates interview and the vendor relationship management is managed by her). The marketing team is fighting with everyone to place candidates.

Cons

Traning takes times, atleast 1.5 to 2 months, but its worth it.

Training is very rigorous, explain each and every concepts from the core. Good benefits as compare to other companies out there and most importantly very friendly and supportive management.
