You do not get in-trouble if quota is not net so the stress is great at this level because it’s minimal. Very laxxed day and quarter Easy to understand day to day

Cons

Training is minimal. Pay is decent Takes a lot for change to happen. They work very slow to approve things

- Clear business vision and strategy - Products that make a difference by helping to strengthen school communities - Very supportive culture from top down and across; possibly the nicest people collectively I've ever worked with - Very flexible work arrangements

Cons

- Would be good to place an emphasis on more diversity among exec team, although the team has demonstrated a commitment to DEI initiatives. - Compensation is ok, but could be better for a growth based SaaS company
