Great at building new features, but can be hard to improve after initial release.

Veracross has a genuinely welcoming and positive culture. The people here are wonderful — always willing to lend a hand, share knowledge, and support one another. The remote work setup provides incredible flexibility. Leadership actively promotes a healthy work-life balance, and maintains an open, receptive approach to feedback.There are opportunities for growth and professional development and pay/benefits are competitive.

Cons

As Veracross continues to grow rapidly, it’s definitely experiencing some growing pains. There’s more work than there are people to handle it, resulting in an overwhelming workload.
