Great work life balance, caring leadership team, very helpful coworkers. Everyone is nice and very helpful and actually most of the time like each other. The company culture is very above the average, compared to other Software companies. That's why no one wants to leave, and so many that left came back again. Whole week of Christmas holiday break. Decent insurance. Great career opportunities. They won't force you to do something if you have more strength and are good at some other position, so many people who has been around got moved to different teams and people keep getting promoted constantly.

Cons

More transparency on the salaries would be nice. As some people make less for the same job just because they did not know the average and didn't negotiate.

Pros

The values and mission of this organization are wonderful and employees are very aligned with them. Great positive environment and culture, really good and genuine people work here.

Cons

For the work each employee does, they could give better pay and bonuses. They could do some hiring in different areas of the company to be able to better allocate work.

Taught many different skills on the job. People were willing to help me learn. Very friendly environment with people from all backgrounds.

Cons

Honestly nothing was poor here. Maybe some more happy hours or social events, other than that, great company to be at.
