      Pros

      Everyone is working hard and supporting each other, it's the kind of place where you want to go to work in the morning! It's not always easy in healthcare to find research and products you really believe in, but Veracyte has that and has employees that care about patient impact. Management is relaxed but supportive when you need resources. Pay is competitive. Company maintains intimate feel while still expanding a lot. All around great!

      Cons

      PTO and benefits are reasonable, but could be better as compared to other biotech companies nearby.

      Pros

      Culture here at Veracyte is wonderful. Upper management truly cares about your well-being, thoughts and ideas (stemming all the way up to the CEO Bonnie). Every single person in the company helps one another and no task or idea is too big or too small. Managers do not "micro-manage" from my experience, but are still actively engaged with their employees. The company is full of intelligent minds who truly want to make a difference in medicine. This company cares about patients and cares about its Employees.

      Cons

      Company is small so territories can be pretty big, which means a bit of travel.
