      Pros

      After spending several years working in various medical companies, both large and small, I can confidently say that Verathon stands out as a company that consistently prioritizes doing things the right way. This emphasis on excellence starts at the top with President Earl, who truly cares about upholding high standards. From my firsthand experience working at Verathon, I've seen that the company is committed to only releasing products that meet rigorous quality standards. As an employee, I'm proud to work for a medical device company that genuinely prioritizes patient care and values its customers.

      Cons

      One potential downside to Verathon's relatively flat organizational structure is that opportunities for internal promotion may be limited. However, I do hope that this is something the company will work to address in the future.
