Seemed to be lots of turnover. Marketing structure was not well defined - resulting in extra work on projects.

We have come a long way as an organization and are proud of the progress we have made to reduce attrition and offer growth opportunities for our staff. This includes investing in our Marketing Organization as well as R&D to help with new product development and launching those products into the market. As a company continues to grow, there is always more work to do to get the appropriate resources to manage all of the projects so we greatly appreciate the feedback.
